Novant Health Rowan Medical Center Foundation was formed in 1988 as a non-profit corporation for the support of healthcare facilities and programs in our community.
The Foundation is governed by a 22-member board of directors comprised of area business leaders, physicians, and professionals who oversee all fundraising projects and who manage the allocation of funds. Board and committee meetings are held quarterly.
All gifts to the Foundation are charitable contributions and are fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by current income tax regulations. Private gifts and grants must continue to be major sources of funds for Rowan Medical Center.
