Hospice Services
Rowan Regional Hospice
Serving Rowan County Residents Since 1982
Our Mission:
Rowan Regional Hospice exists to provide excellent care to all patients and their families as one unit; to offer hope when medical science cannot cure; and to support the patient and family unit's idea of dignified Palliative Care, wherever they call home. We believe as Dame Cicely Saunders, the founder of hospice did that:
"There is never a time when nothing else can be done. There may be a time when there is nothing left to promote a cure, but there is always something more to encourage comfort and quality of life. Hospice is that something more."
720 Grove Street Salisbury, NC 28144
Telephone: 704-637-7645
Toll Free: 1-888-279-0304
The Rowan Regional Hospice Team consists of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, Certified Nursing Assistants, counselors, volunteers and other health professionals needed for the care. Hospice services are delivered on an intermittent basis and a nurse is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Services are provided in private homes, assisted living facilities, nursing or rest homes, or at Rowan Regional Medical Center. Rowan Regional Hospice serves Rowan, Cabarrus, Davidson, Davie, Iredell, and Stanly Counties.
